Tomorrow night at 9pm on the CW, one of the most highly anticipated episodes of the third season of Supernatural will be aired. The episode, which is entitled "Mystery Spot," will feature Dean dying numerous times in a variety of grisly and comedic ways, in a twisted rendition of the old formula made popular by the film Groundhog Day. It is Sam's mission to save him, but after all, Dean is destined to die because of a pact he made with a demon. Of course, what better way to get ready for tomorrow night's episode than a spoiler clip? Yes, the CW has released a couple of clips of the new episode just to let us in on what the installment has in store for us.



The first clip features Sam (Jared Padalecki) in a diner with Dean, as Sam tries to prove to his brother that they're trapped in some sort of a time loop. Sam has lived that same day over 100 times, and every single time, Dean dies. The clip also shows us some cute and hilarious banter between the brothers that serves as a highlight of the episode.



The second clip, however, takes place in another one of the Tuesdays that Sam lives. Here, Sam is beginning to pieces together what really is happening. They are in the same diner, and Sam is getting used to knowing exactly what's going to happen. Dean (Jensen Ackles) on the other hand thinks that it's just a strong case of deja vu. Of course, in the world of Supernatural, this can't go unnoticed.



Other shows of the same genre have featured something like this. In fact, Buffy the Vampire Slayer fans could remember the funny episode in which the characters were stuck in a repeating loop in the episode entitled "Life Serial." The X-Files also had a classic episode entitled "Thursday," wherein Mulder could not prevent a bank from exploding. Add up our upcoming Supernatural episode and we have a set of funny, amusing episodes of great shows.
